Job Description:                              
As the Sr Web Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining internal and external facing web applications.  We are seeking a skilled developer with a background in building scalable, high-quality and high-performance web applications. This person will work with a team of experienced business leads, developers and business resources to build highly-performing web based systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
 
Design, develop, and integrate components within the .NET framework, HTML5 technology and MVC based applications
Provide effective, usable and satisfying user experiences based on advanced techniques and UI standards
Use advanced JavaScript programming techniques including object oriented design patterns and APIs to develop web applications
Understanding of Angular.js and similar frameworks
Utilize professional software development tools including source code control systems and extensible web authoring tools
Ability to effectively articulate technical designs and solutions via verbal and written formats
Ability to research technical challenges and find solutions independently and work independently or as a member of a team.
All other duties as assigned by Manager
 
 
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
 
8+ years progressive web development experience
2 years’ experience in designing rich dynamic web applications using HTML5 features along with responsive design using CSS3
Understanding and experience with mobile technologies and platforms
Relational Database experience is a must (i.e. SQL Server)
Should have extensive knowledge of JavaScript frameworks including JQuery and have past experience with Web Services, JSON & .NET
Self-starter with strong self-management skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
 
 
SharePoint development experience a definite plus
