Roles and Responsibilities	Our Client is looking for a .Net developer to join their development team as a full-time member. The opportunity will allow an energetic developer to work in a dynamic environment where they will be able to work on developing various modules and interfaces for a new enterprise system. The developer will have the opportunity to learn business operations and design and implement software to streamline one of the nation’s largest direct mail processing firms.   Responsible for driving the Enterprise .NET application development on both Web and Windows platform.   For the .NET web development, they will be focusing on AJAX based toolkits   Most projects will be targeting SQL Server back-end databases   Prior exposure to some projects that are in VB6, MS Access, and Excel and they will need to help assess requirements and re-write the applications from ground up in .NET   Will be working on projects with a focus on iterative / agile development methodology
Qualifications	2+ years of total IT experience   1+ years experience developing applications using .Net   HTML, VBScript, JavaScript, ASP, and COM   Should be able to write/modify ASP and ASP.net pages and components.   Experience with Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) version 5.0/6.0  Experience with Microsoft SQL Server  Understanding of design principles and practices  Understanding OO development principles  Experience with Web Services  Very Good oral and written communication skills  Must be a self-motivated independent worker  Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines  Ability to Manage and plan work effectively.  Strong interpersonal / customer handling skills  Must have a flexible attitude that enables the individual to deal comfortably with change  Commitment to quality and high standards
