Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for an innovative and self-motivated Senior User Experience Design lead, who thrives in a fast paced environment and is experienced in working in agile environments. The Senior User Experience Lead will be the primary liaison between the business product teams, design agencies, and the development teams.
He/she should have effective written, visual, and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. This person will need to collaborate across cross functional teams and stakeholders and have experience presenting to senior management.
The selected candidate needs to have expert interaction design skills to be able to translate abstract ideas into high fidelity prototypes and polished visual designs. This person needs to have experience delivering for large scale web/mobile transactional customer facing products.
This role needs to bring inclusive design expertise to deliver DOT mandated WCAG compliant designs.
This person needs to have a deep understanding of usability testing and be able to facilitate quick feedback loops based on these findings.
Candidate should be experienced using rapid prototyping tools and have a working knowledge of HTML 5, CSS 3, and JavaScript.
Create screen flows, wireframes, comps, prototypes and visual designs.
Document designs and provide style guide specifications and assets.
Provide design solutions to solve for DOT mandated WCAG guidelines.
Additional Notes:
All candidates will undergo a Video Technical screen prior to being submitted to the client.
