DIRECTOR OF SALES
This position holds strategic and executional responsibility for sales and marketing for the fiber business and nonwovens business. It also includes sales leadership responsibility for the business in Detroit, particularly targeting growth in the BIG 3.
Direct all sales and marketing activity to achieve company objectives for sales profitability.
Similarly, direct all sales and marketing activity for company, in cooperation with President, to achieve company objectives for sales and earnings.
Lead sales activity for company in Detroit, with particular focus on sales growth at GM and Ford.
Analyze and control sales expenditures to meet budgetary requirements’.
Target new markets and propose new product line ideas to executive management.
At all times will serve as a corporate auditor for QMS, EMS and financial systems.
Minimum 10 years experience in a successful OEM automotive sales and/or program management position, ideally with exposure to nonwovens/fiber industry and Detroit Big 3 customers.
