Job Description
This is a Managed Services company that provides Information Technology support for Professional Service companies allowing our clients to focus on their businesses without being distracted or interrupted by technology issues.  Thus, our clients are able to focus on their core business by minimizing interruptions, increasing productivity, managing budgets and providing more consistent service to their customers and end users.
 
It is the responsibility, with the help and resources of the company, of the Sales Representative to drive new revenues, secure and establish new accounts, organize and plan daily work schedule.  The Sales Representative will be responsible to initiate, coordinate and complete a sufficient number of customer contacts via phone calls, emails, face-to-face visits, campaigns and participation in individually and company coordinated events, etc.  The Sales Representative also must uncover opportunities, create and deliver proposals to sufficiently fill the sales pipeline to reach the desired sales targets.  The Sales Representative will be familiar with all resources available and utilize those resources, as needed, for prospect identification, participation in sales calls and to bring sales to closure.  Ultimately, the Sales Representative is responsible for generating targeted revenues from new and existing clients.
 
In exchange for successfully fulfilling the items stated above, the Sales Representative will receive a base salary plus commissions for successfully closed revenue increasing opportunities.  The base pay will cover all other expected activities.  Details of the commission structure are outlined in the compensation plan. 
 
Upon successful completion of the initial probation period, the Sales Representative will also be eligible to participate in:
