Technical Skills
We are seeking an experienced professional to assist with the optimization of PeopleSoft applications running on an Oracle database platform.
 
This position requires extensive experience with:

• Oracle RDBMS 12c/18c/19c
• PeopleTools 8.56 and 8.57
• PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and Financials 9.2

The incumbent will be expected to review current state and provide recommendations for:

• Database settings and sizing.
• Database technology strategy.
• Systematic approaches for proactively identifying and tuning problem processes including Application Engine, COBOL, SQR, and Integration Broker.
• This job will also require hands-on tuning and knowledge transfer to technical resources.

The project is on-site at the Athens GA project location and no remote work is available.
